His suggestions are easy to follow, and he makes them with such a positive, caring tone that I'd like to meet him for one of his walks! I will buy "Empower Your Golden Years" for my parents and for retirement gifts. This is a book all of us need to read if we continue to celebrate birthdays!

Practical, encouraging and easy to read!

The work of this author is new to me but I'll be looking for more from him. This isn't just another motivational book. In his chapters, I felt encouraged but also informed. The writing style is very conversational and he doesn't attempt to impress the reader with an over extravagant vocabulary! I found it to be an enjoyable read and hope to apply some of the recommendations. Highly recommend.

The book explains how you should have a baseline fitness, showing you how to achieve this while making goals. There are many examples of exercises, diet and meditation to keep you healthy.
This book is a wonderful motivational and informative tool to get fit and live a healthy life.
